Official rules of the
« Révélation 2027 » prize draw

Version 1.0 · incorporates amendment no. 1 · published on [publication date]

This English version is provided for convenience. The French version of these rules is the only legally binding text.

Article 1 · Organiser

The « Révélation 2027 » prize draw (hereinafter « the Game ») is organised by Maison Forever Lab, trade name of the sole proprietorship Fardeau Nicole, SIREN 419 957 667, SIRET 419 957 667 00027 (hereinafter « the Organiser »), publisher of the website maisonforeverlab.fr.

Article 2 · Purpose

The Game designates three (3) winners during the « Révélation » event, held in March 2027, following the two-stage procedure described in Article 5.

  • 1st winner: a cash prize with a guaranteed minimum amount of 2 000 € (two thousand euros), with no upper limit. The final amount grows with the activity of the Maison; it is fixed and announced publicly when registrations close, then handed over in full. No substitute prize, no hidden prize: what the fund contains is what is handed over.
  • 2nd winner: a weekend for two people, with a guaranteed minimum value of 150 € (gift voucher · valid for 12 months · transport not included).
  • 3rd winner: a Maison treatment programme of the winner’s choice together with a meal for two people, with a guaranteed minimum value of 150 € in total (meal gift voucher · valid for 12 months).
  • These prizes may be increased depending on the results of the Maison; they may never be reduced below the announced minimums. The Organiser’s total financial commitment is thus capped and honoured in all circumstances: 2 000 € plus two prizes of at least 150 € each.

Article 3 · Duration

Registration for the Game opens on 1 September 2026. Project files (Article 5) must be submitted no later than 1 March 2027. The prize draw takes place during the Révélation event, in March 2027, on a specific date announced on the page maisonforeverlab.fr/evenements-revelation at least thirty (30) days in advance.

Article 4 · How to enter

There are four routes of entry into the draw:

  • 1 · The first 100 orders of each cure. The first one hundred (100) orders of a treatment programme in each range, placed from 1 September 2026 onwards, grant a lifetime entry into the draw: the participant is entered into the 2027 draw and into every subsequent annual edition, with no further steps and no further payment. This privilege is attached to the person and is non-transferable. In the case of a gift voucher (offered by a relative, a company or a works council), the beneficiary of the entry is the person who orders their treatment programme by redeeming the voucher.
  • 2 · The annual membership. When purchasing a treatment programme, the customer may take out a Game membership for fifteen euros (15 €), granting one (1) entry into the draw for the current year. Membership is offered only together with the purchase of a treatment programme.
  • 3 · The Library (amendment no. 1). The purchase, in a single order, of three (3) paid digital editions from the Maison Forever Lab Library grants, free of charge, an annual Game membership (value: fifteen euros), giving one (1) entry into the draw for the current year. This complimentary membership is nominative, non-transferable and non-refundable in cash. For any given order, it cannot be combined with another free route of entry. Editions offered by the Maison (editions accompanying a treatment programme or made freely available to read) do not count towards the three editions.
  • 4 · The free route, with no purchase required. Any adult residing in metropolitan France may enter free of charge by sending a request by email to contact@maisonforeverlab.fr (surname, first name, email address), together with their project file (Article 5). One free entry per person per year.

Entry is open to adult natural persons as well as to collective bodies: registered associations, works councils (CSE) and other groups with legal existence. A collective body enters through a designated representative, submits a single collective project, and holds one (1) entry per route of entry, regardless of its size. The same natural person may hold several entries provided they come from different routes or separate purchases, within the limits set by each route.

Article 5 · The project file, eligibility and the prize draw

The Game rewards a real project. To be eligible for the draw, every participant, whatever their route of entry, must submit no later than 1 March 2027, by email to contact@maisonforeverlab.fr:

  • a presentation of their project (the dream they wish to bring to life);
  • a quote or costed supporting document establishing that the project is real and achievable.

Eligible files are those presenting a real, achievable and lawful project. Incomplete or fanciful files, or files without a costed supporting document, are not eligible; the participant is informed and may complete their file up to the deadline.

The designation of the winners, in two stages.

  • Stage 1 · the draw of the ten numbers. Each eligible file receives an anonymous number. In March 2027, ten (10) numbers are drawn at random using a verifiable random process, announced before the draw. The anonymity of the numbers guarantees impartiality: neither the name nor the project is visible at the time of the draw.
  • Stage 2 · the jury. The ten drawn files are reviewed by a jury of three (3) members: a social media personality (content creator) and two volunteers from the Maison community. The composition of the jury is announced publicly before its deliberation; no member may have a personal connection with a file under review. The jury selects three (3) winners by assessing: how achievable the project is (including the credibility of the quote), its authenticity, and what it concretely changes in the life of the person or collective body behind it.

The winners are contacted by email and, if they are present, their prizes are handed over to them at the event; otherwise, the prizes are paid or shipped to them within thirty (30) days. The practical details of the day (venue, times, programme) are communicated to all participants after registrations close.

The realisation, documented. The prize funds the realisation of the winning project. The winner agrees that this realisation may be documented and published by the Maison (story, photos, video) on its channels, subject to their prior written consent for each piece of content (image rights). This documentation publicly attests that the prize was indeed handed over and used.

Article 6 · Personal data

The data collected (identity, contact details) is processed by the Organiser solely for the purposes of managing the Game (registration, draw, delivery of the prize) and, with separate consent, of providing news about the Maison. It is kept until the close of the relevant edition, then deleted or anonymised. In accordance with the GDPR, each participant has a right of access, rectification and erasure, which may be exercised at contact@maisonforeverlab.fr. Details: privacy policy.

Article 7 · Acceptance and disputes

Entering the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any entry that is fraudulent or contrary to the rules. These rules are governed by French law. Any complaint must be sent in writing to the Organiser within three (3) months of the draw.

Article 8 · Publication and amendments

These rules are permanently published on maisonforeverlab.fr. Any amendment is set out in a numbered and dated addendum, published on the same page. Amendments in force: amendment no. 1 (entry through the Library), incorporated into Article 4.
