When should I start the cure?
As soon as the signs of the new season make themselves felt, in perimenopause as well as after. There is no single « right moment »: there is yours.
Is it compatible with hormone therapy (HRT)?
Show the composition (published in full above) to your doctor or gynaecologist before starting, especially if you are on ongoing treatment. L’Équilibre contains sage and soy isoflavones: your doctor is the only good judge of compatibility.
Why sage and soy?
They are the traditional plants of this stage, paired here with what carries genuine authorised claims: vitamin B6 (regulation of hormonal activity), calcium and vitamin D (bones). Transparency: the precautions are listed, in plain sight, above.
And for the skin?
