When should I start the cure?
Once breastfeeding is over, at the moment you decide to become your own priority again too. If you are still breastfeeding, wait: this cure will be here for you, and your midwife or doctor remains your best guide.
Why « after breastfeeding »?
Out of transparency: like most supplements, these products are not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We would rather tell you clearly than write it in small print. Proof first, promises never.
Why iron?
Because pregnancy draws on iron reserves, and the tiredness that settles in afterwards is often linked to it. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal formation of red blood cells, and the vitamin C in the same gummy increases iron absorption (EFSA claims).
And for hair?
Hair loss in the months after a birth is common and temporary. L’Éclat provides biotin, zinc and selenium, which contribute to the maintenance of normal hair (EFSA claims), while the cycle settles back in.
